Endure Critical Solutions enters Canadian market via Powerwave acquisition

The acquisition continues a rapid consolidation strategy for Endure, which recently merged Madison’s Quality Power Solutions with Dallas-based Power Storage Solutions. By bringing Powerwave into the fold, the company gains a foothold in the Greater Toronto market while maintaining the existing technical team and service contracts that Powerwave customers rely on.

Powerwave founder Ken Stub noted that the partnership was chosen to ensure his firm’s original focus on multi-vendor service would continue as he transitions toward retirement. For facility managers, the shift promises access to a broader range of resources and national support networks without compromising the vendor-agnostic approach that defines both companies. Frank Monticelli, Chief Strategy Officer at Endure, emphasized that the move is a response to the increasing technical demands of the data center and utility sectors, where maintaining continuous uptime is the primary operational objective.
