Faye Scales AI Integration Services for Mid-Market Enterprises

Ninety-two percent of middle-market companies struggle to move generative AI from pilot programs to functional reality. Calabasas-based consultancy Faye is responding to this implementation gap by expanding its deployment services across major platforms including Claude, Fin, ElevenLabs, and Airia to bridge the divide between software strategy and operational results.

Faye Scales AI Integration Services for Mid-Market Enterprises

The firm, recognized as Intercom’s 2026 Services Partner of the Year, focuses on integrating AI agents directly into the existing CRM and CX ecosystems where companies already manage their data. By embedding tools like Claude and Airia into platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk, the consultancy aims to bypass the common failure points of enterprise AI rollouts. Their approach combines governance, custom integration, and change management to ensure that tools remain functional long after the initial setup.

Support structures are categorized into three phases: strategy, implementation, and ongoing management. Faye utilizes its proprietary Axia service, a fixed-rate subscription model, to provide continuous coaching and platform optimization. According to CEO David Faye, the strategy centers on avoiding the 'license-and-leave' model, opting instead to remain embedded within a client's workflow until performance metrics are met. This shift toward long-term managed services is designed to keep AI tools evolving alongside business objectives, moving away from the initial hype of generative AI toward practical, system-integrated utility.
