By operating directly through TwinMed’s existing ERP, EDI, and email channels, the agents share real-time context; for instance, a receiving discrepancy is automatically communicated to the invoice-matching agent, preventing delayed payments or reconciliation errors.

Early performance metrics indicate significant efficiency gains. TwinMed reports a 90% reduction in late receiving-discrepancy reports and a 60% increase in the speed of supplier issue resolution compared to pre-deployment figures.
