He has secured a strategic investment in Mount Pleasant-based Newmoyer Geospatial Solutions (NGS) and will serve as a strategic advisor to help guide the firm’s transition into a scalable software company.
Gianoni, who has spent four decades leading cloud and financial service firms, brings expertise in scaling software organizations. His role involves working directly with founder and CEO Jason Newmoyer to bridge the gap between high-level engineering services and commercial software distribution. While Newmoyer retains his position as CEO, the partnership aims to leverage Gianoni’s experience in organizational growth to expand the company’s market footprint. The leadership team remains unchanged as they begin this transition.
