Resonant Clinical Solutions Acquires Labfish to Bolster European Reach
Leesburg-based Resonant Clinical Solutions has acquired Hamburg-based Labfish, a move designed to expand its European clinical equipment footprint and enhance its global calibration capabilities. The deal integrates Labfish’s specialized inventory and logistics network into Resonant’s existing Equipment & Ancillaries business, addressing the growing technical demands of international clinical trial programs.
Christophe Berthoux, CEO of Resonant, noted that the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to provide deeper support across the clinical supply chain. For Labfish founder Martin Forster, the integration offers a platform to scale existing warehouse and import-export services. While financial details remain undisclosed, the move positions Resonant to better navigate complex regulatory environments through Labfish’s established Importer of Record and Exporter of Record services.
