Despite these differences, the importance of professional reliability remains consistent; 85% of homeowners insist that service providers adhere strictly to estimated arrival windows.

When schedules collapse, the cause usually depends on the destination. Commuters blame traffic, travelers cite poor planning, and families point to simple distractions. This focus on timing, however, does not always extend to home maintenance. Only 33% of homeowners proactively schedule annual HVAC check-ups, while 38% wait for a system failure before calling a professional. With winter approaching, experts suggest that clearing air vents and performing early test runs can prevent mid-season breakdowns.
