Neutrinos Launches Kamios to Scale Agentic AI in Regulated Markets

With Gartner projecting that over 40% of agentic AI projects face cancellation by 2027 due to spiraling costs and governance gaps, Neutrinos is pushing back. The company today unveiled Kamios, a specialized orchestration platform designed to move AI agents from experimental pilots into high-stakes production for insurance and banking.

Neutrinos Launches Kamios to Scale Agentic AI in Regulated Markets

Kamios operates by layering governance, orchestration, and attribution over existing legacy infrastructure. Rather than forcing a complete systems overhaul, the platform integrates with core platforms to manage end-to-end workflows, from customer onboarding and KYC to claims adjudication and credit decisioning. By documenting rules in plain language and requiring managerial sign-off, the platform creates a firm mandate that defines agent boundaries and mandates human intervention points.

The platform’s efficacy is already documented in the insurance sector. At one Tier-1 insurer, the implementation increased straight-through processing for new business from 2% to 35%, while another firm saw claims automation climb from 45% to 78%. These gains are tracked in real-time, with every decision point capturing authority, evidence, and operational costs as they occur.

"Agents do not fail in the demo," noted Suresh Chandrasekharan, co-founder and CTO of Neutrinos. "They fail on the third hand-off, when a case crosses a legacy core, a rule nobody wrote down, and a person who has to sign." By writing audit trails directly into the decision process, Kamios aims to provide the transparency required for board-level oversight in strictly regulated environments. The platform is currently being showcased at InsureTech Connect 2026 in Las Vegas.
