The financing round was co-led by Antonio Gracias of Valor Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Human Capital, and EQT. The capital infusion arrives as major players in the aerospace, automotive, and defense sectors—including Rivian, Anduril, and Stoke Space—increasingly rely on Flow to manage the cascading design changes inherent in modern hardware projects.
Flow’s platform functions as an automated system of record that tracks engineering requirements and verifies system integrity in real-time. By connecting CAD, code, and simulation data, the company’s AI agents propagate updates across multidisciplinary teams, a process previously handled through manual, error-prone coordination. Rivian, for instance, expanded its usage of the platform from 40 to 1,500 engineers in seven months, now processing millions of API calls weekly.
