Gong launches Mission Callisto to bridge revenue data gaps

San Francisco-based Gong is attempting to solve the fragmentation of go-to-market data with Mission Callisto, a platform update centered on Gong Enrich. By integrating third-party contact and account information directly into its Revenue Graph, the company aims to reduce manual research time and improve the accuracy of its AI-driven insights.

The new enrichment capability allows revenue teams to pull data from a wide network of providers, including Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lusha. Users can configure the order of these sources to prioritize their existing vendor agreements while filling gaps with Gong Credits. Once integrated, this verified data populates seller workflows, enabling reps to update records with a single click or automate the process using Custom Agents.

Beyond data ingestion, the Mission Callisto rollout introduces Deep Mode for Gong Assistant. Designed for strategic analysis, this feature synthesizes information across multiple systems to generate reports that previously required hours of manual investigation. The update also expands Gong Dashboards to cover the full revenue lifecycle, ensuring that sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate from a unified set of metrics rather than siloed reports. According to Eilon Reshef, Gong’s Chief Product Officer, these tools are intended to move AI beyond guesswork by grounding it in a complete, verified picture of every account.
