Investors who incurred losses from Beta Bionics, Inc. between July 30, 2025, and February 24, 2026, have until November 3, 2026, to apply as lead plaintiffs in a securities fraud class action. The lawsuit alleges the company concealed severe regulatory warnings regarding its iLet insulin delivery system.

Beta Bionics Faces Securities Fraud Lawsuit Over Hidden Safety Issues

The complaint, filed by the firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, centers on allegations that Beta Bionics misled shareholders regarding the severity of FDA observations. According to the filing, the company failed to report over 18,000 consumer complaints, including reports of life-threatening hypoglycemic events, while publicly characterizing FDA findings as benign.

Plaintiffs contend that the company neglected to open corrective action protocols despite knowing the gravity of the safety issues. The lawsuit claims that executives downplayed the complexity of necessary remediation efforts, artificially inflating the company's prospects. Investors interested in seeking recovery for these losses should contact the law firm by the November deadline, though no class has been certified yet.
