Halozyme Recruits Industry Veteran Jim Daly to Board of Directors
James Daly, a biopharmaceutical executive with three decades of commercial leadership, has rejoined the board of directors at San Diego-based Halozyme Therapeutics. His return comes as the company seeks to accelerate the market adoption of its proprietary subcutaneous delivery platforms, including ENHANZE, Hypercon, and the recently integrated Aerocon technology.
Daly currently holds board positions at Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, and Cytokinetics. In his new capacity at Halozyme, he will oversee the expansion of the company’s drug delivery portfolio, which now includes the hyperconcentration technologies Hypercon and Aerocon. These tools are designed to reduce injection volumes, aiming to simplify treatment regimens for patients worldwide.
