XPeng Deliveries Climb as G9L Flagship Hits the Market
Guangzhou-based XPeng reported 41,256 vehicle deliveries in September, a 5% monthly uptick that pushed the company’s third-quarter total to 118,390 units. This performance reflects a 15% increase over the previous quarter, bolstered by the debut of the G9L premium SUV and an expanding footprint in the high-speed charging sector.
Infrastructure expansion remains a primary focus, with the charging network now spanning over 430 cities. The company operates more than 4,000 stations, including 3,510 ultra-fast units, and recently inaugurated its first megawatt-capacity station in Hong Kong. Beyond hardware sales, the firm estimates that its electric fleet deployed through September 2026 will offset 4.14 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions, a figure the company equates to the carbon sequestration capacity of 68.53 million young trees over a decade.
