The network integrates device providers SHL Medical, Stevanato Group, and Ypsomed with fill-finish experts Argonaut Manufacturing Services and American Injectables. By aligning these partners under a unified framework, Ensera aims to resolve the fragmented handovers that frequently delay product launches. The collaboration focuses on coordinating device platforms, final assembly, and packaging into a more responsive production cycle.

Ensera Unites Injectable Device Specialists in New Alliance Network
Pharmaceutical companies struggling to synchronize complex drug-device supply chains now have a streamlined pathway to market. Dublin-based CDMO Ensera has launched the Ensera Alliance Network, a strategic coalition of device platform and fill-finish specialists designed to eliminate the friction typically associated with multi-vendor commercialization.

"Too many combination product programs are slowed by disconnected suppliers," said Bobby O'Connor, Chief Commercial Officer at Ensera. The initiative seeks to identify technical hurdles early by leveraging pre-established professional relationships between the members. Darren Hieber, VP of Alliance Partnerships, noted that the network is built on a practical understanding of how each organization’s operations interlock. Participation remains non-exclusive, allowing pharmaceutical clients to engage with the partners directly while benefiting from the group's collective infrastructure. Ensera intends to scale the network further as market demands for injectable formats evolve.
