UGREEN Debuts ClipBuds Pro 2 with AI-Driven Translation and Audio Tech

With a price point of $99.99, UGREEN has unveiled its ClipBuds Pro 2, an open-ear headset designed to bridge the gap between professional communication and daily utility. The earbuds leverage a six-microphone array and bone-conduction sensors to isolate speech in noisy environments, aiming to maintain clarity during calls even in high-decibel settings.

The device features 11mm dual-magnet titanium-composite drivers, achieving Hi-Res Wireless certification and LDAC support for high-bitrate audio. To refine the sound profile, UGREEN collaborated with four-time Grammy winner Terri Lyne Carrington, who helped balance the audio output to ensure depth and spatial range while maintaining the benefits of an open-ear design. Directional acoustics are utilized to minimize sound leakage, allowing for private listening in shared workspaces.

Each earbud weighs approximately 6g and utilizes a 0.5mm memory-titanium core within a C-bridge structure, intended to provide a secure fit across various ear shapes. Beyond audio, the hardware integrates with AI models including GPT and Gemini to facilitate real-time translation across more than 130 languages, alongside live transcription and automated meeting summaries. The battery life reaches 10 hours on a single charge, extending to 46 hours with the included case, and supports dual-device connectivity for seamless switching between laptops and smartphones.
