CEO Luke Kissam framed the transition as a move toward greater agility and operational focus, aiming to address the escalating challenges of modern farming. The company enters this chapter with a strong financial tailwind, having grown its crop protection revenue by more than $1 billion between 2020 and 2025. During that same period, operating EBITDA margins for the segment expanded by roughly 250 basis points, reflecting a deliberate pivot toward high-value, differentiated technologies.

These specialized products now account for approximately 65% of the company's total sales. With a workforce of nearly 9,000 employees spanning 110 countries, Corteva is betting its future growth on an aggressive research agenda. The firm plans to launch 12 new active ingredients over the coming decade, including five biological products, leveraging its proprietary platforms in microbial discovery and predictive safety to secure its position as a global leader in the sector.
