Corporate Chef Masaya Minyu oversees a kitchen that balances classic preparation with inventive flair. The menu spans from traditional tamagoyaki and torched anago to contemporary sashimi boats and Japanese grilled skewers. Diners can select from an extensive à la carte list or opt for coursed experiences, which range from $32 to $58 for lunch and $46 to $128 for dinner. The $82 signature dinner menu serves as a centerpiece, featuring black cod miso, temari hand rolls, and a curated appetizer trio.

The restaurant occupies a 118-seat space at 5253 Katella Ave, Suite 120, featuring a 10-seat sushi bar and an outdoor patio. The interior design leans into a modern aesthetic, utilizing curved architectural lines, warm wood accents, and distinctive red lighting to foster an inviting environment. Doors are open daily, with operating hours extending until 10 pm on weekends to accommodate both casual diners and those seeking a formal occasion.
