Minno Expands Christian Media Franchise With Jesus Stories Series

With over 200 million annual views on YouTube, the Nashville-based media company Minno is scaling its flagship franchise by launching Jesus Stories. The new project, arriving October 2, marks a strategic pivot toward a weekly release schedule that aims to animate the entire biblical narrative from Genesis to Revelation by 2027.

Minno Expands Christian Media Franchise With Jesus Stories Series

The Jesus Stories series debuts on the Minno streaming platform with a focus on the life, teachings, and ministry of Jesus. The launch includes an animated series and a companion book, both designed to move beyond traditional Bible highlights. By centering the content on the Gospels, the company intends to provide a more comprehensive, 52-story look at the central figure of the Christian faith. This initiative follows the success of the original Laugh and Grow Bible for Kids, which earned a Christian Book Award in 2020 and established the company as a dominant force in faith-based children's digital media.

Minno CEO Erick Goss noted that no other studio has attempted to animate the full breadth of the Bible for a young audience. To reach this goal, the company plans to release one new animated segment every week starting in 2027, eventually totaling more than 200 episodes. The move reflects Minno's broader strategy to integrate streaming, audio, and physical books into a single ecosystem. With 1.7 million YouTube subscribers, the firm currently ranks in the top 0.06% of globally subscribed channels, a position it leverages to distribute its educational content in multiple languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, and American Sign Language.
