Faraday Future and FFR Address Investor Skepticism Over Robotics Deal

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric and FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem are attempting to soothe investor concerns regarding the proposed acquisition of FFAI's robotics division. The deal, which aims to pivot the company toward an Embodied AI platform, faces scrutiny over its $200 million valuation and the aggressive financial targets set for 2030.

Faraday Future and FFR Address Investor Skepticism Over Robotics Deal

Management at FFR, formerly AIxCrypto Holdings, argues that the current valuation is conservative when measured against projected 2027 revenue multiples. Executives contend that the robotics business is poised for rapid expansion, citing a transition from prototype development to a scalable, software-defined commercial platform. The company projects cumulative revenue reaching $1.98 billion by 2030, supported by the integration of AI software, real-world data, and the RoboShare service model.

Under the proposed structure, FFAI will retain a controlling interest, allowing the parent company to offload capital-intensive hardware operations while maintaining exposure to the robotics ecosystem. To fund this transition, FFR intends to rely on a mix of milestone-based equity financing and strategic partnerships. Despite these projections, the deal remains subject to regulatory approval and the successful integration of FFAI’s robotics assets. The company acknowledges that these forward-looking financial targets are non-binding and inherently uncertain, given the firm's limited operating history in the robotics sector.
