Blaize Investors Face October 5 Deadline in Securities Class Action

Investors who held Blaize Holdings, Inc. stock between July 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, have until October 5, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in a federal securities class action. The lawsuit follows allegations that the company inflated its financial performance through questionable transactions with undercapitalized entities.

The legal action, spearheaded by Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, centers on claims that Blaize misled shareholders regarding its growth. Central to the complaint is an April 2026 report from Pelican Way Research, which alleged the company utilized a four-month-old counterparty, NeoTensr, to recognize $20 million in revenue during the fourth quarter of 2025. The report suggested that NeoTensr lacked the capital to support such a deal, and that product images on the counterparty's website appeared digitally altered to feature the Blaize logo.

Following the publication of these allegations, Blaize shares dropped 12.03% to close at $1.90 on April 28, 2026. The lawsuit asserts that these actions, including the improper recognition of revenue, resulted in materially false public statements. Investors who purchased securities during the defined class period or through the May 2026 public offering may be eligible for recovery. While the deadline for filing a lead plaintiff motion is October 5, 2026, those who do not seek this role remain eligible to participate in any eventual settlement or judgment.
