Chanderbir arrives at the Toronto-based firm following a career spanning major technology and professional services organizations, including Accenture, CGI, HP, and IBM. Her mandate involves guiding executive leaders through complex transformation projects across highly regulated sectors, such as fintech, insurance, and government. Info-Tech leadership pointed to her history of managing teams of over 1,000 professionals across North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Japan as a critical asset for their current advisory expansion.

Beyond her corporate contributions, Chanderbir maintains an active footprint in advocacy and mentorship. She founded the SCABA platform—Strong, Confident, Authentic, Bold, and Advocacy—to support women and young professionals.
