The Pigeon Forge property features a comprehensive suite of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a sauna, all set against the backdrop of the mountains. Capital Vacations Acquires Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge
With the acquisition of 132 units at Sunrise Ridge Resort, Capital Vacations has solidified its presence in the Smoky Mountains. The deal grants the firm exclusive management and sales rights for the Tennessee property, marking its third major expansion in the region as it targets the area’s 11.5 million annual visitors.

Travis Bary, Co-President of Capital Vacations, cited the resort's prime location and the existing staff's capabilities as primary drivers for the transaction. This move follows the company’s recent integration of Gatlinburg Town Square Resort and Mountain Meadows Resort, further entrenching the firm’s footprint in a high-traffic travel corridor. By assuming control of resort management, rental operations, and ownership marketing, the company aims to boost revenue for the owners' association while expanding access to its broader vacation club network.
