Autoliv Expands Research Advisory Board with Two Industry Veterans
Autoliv, the global automotive safety systems manufacturer, has appointed Natalie Draisin and Thomas Manfred Müller to its Research Advisory Board. The additions aim to bolster the company’s internal research agenda by integrating specialized perspectives from public health policy and the upper echelons of European automotive leadership.

Thomas Manfred Müller, who holds a PhD, adds extensive corporate experience to the group. His career includes leadership roles across Audi, BMW, Volvo Cars, and the Volkswagen Group. As an advisor and business angel, Müller will assist the board in challenging assumptions regarding future mobility trends and innovation management. Cecilia Sunnevång, Autoliv’s Vice President of Research and Early Innovation, noted that these appointments are intended to help the company navigate increasingly complex safety requirements as mobility systems continue to evolve.
