Fluence Energy Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Over Revenue Claims

Investors who purchased Fluence Energy, Inc. stock between November 24, 2025, and September 16, 2026, are being urged to join a securities class action lawsuit. The litigation, filed by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, alleges the company misled shareholders regarding its capacity to meet fiscal 2026 guidance through unready manufacturing facilities.

Fluence Energy Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Over Revenue Claims

The complaint centers on claims that Fluence Energy failed to disclose critical operational shortcomings. According to the filing, the company relied on contract manufacturing facilities that were not yet functional to support its financial projections. Furthermore, the firm allegedly failed to implement a viable corrective plan to address these production issues, rendering public statements about revenue recognition on its backlog materially misleading.

Investors suffered financial losses when the market eventually recalibrated based on the actual state of the company’s operations. The deadline for shareholders to seek appointment as lead plaintiff is November 30, 2026. Brian Schall and David Schwartz of the Los Angeles-based firm are currently overseeing inquiries from affected shareholders. While the class has not yet been certified, those who held shares during the specified period may contact the firm to discuss potential recovery options.
