Sterling Infrastructure Names Katherine Hargis General Counsel
Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. has appointed Katherine Hargis as its new Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Effective October 5, 2026, the transition sees Hargis step into the role previously held by Mark D. Wolf, who served as the company’s lead legal counsel since 2020.
CEO Joe Cutillo noted that Hargis’s background in mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory governance will play a role in the company’s ongoing growth strategy. Sterling operates across the U.S. in sectors ranging from data center site development to transportation and residential concrete solutions.
