Three’s Company 50th Anniversary Tour to Benefit Aortic Health

Fifty years after the sitcom first aired, the legacy of John Ritter is returning to the stage. The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health is launching a multi-city tour featuring live pilot episode readings to honor the show’s milestone while raising funds for thoracic aortic disease research and patient advocacy.

Three’s Company 50th Anniversary Tour to Benefit Aortic Health

The tour kicks off in New York City on November 2, 2026, with an Evening From the Heart event at Joe’s Pub. Amy Yasbeck, Ritter’s widow and founder of the foundation, will co-host the evening alongside original series star Joyce DeWitt. Jason Biggs is set to portray Jack Tripper, while Richard Kline, who played Larry Dallas, will serve as the event’s narrator. This New York production follows a dedicated weekend for the organization, during which 36 runners representing Team Ritter will participate in the TCS New York City Marathon.

Following the New York launch, the production will travel to Dallas on February 27, 2027, followed by Cleveland on March 13 and Los Angeles on September 9. These live readings serve as a tribute to the comedy of John Ritter, who passed away in 2003 from an acute aortic dissection. By reviving the pilot, the foundation aims to highlight the importance of early detection and medical education regarding thoracic aortic disease. Proceeds from the tour and the accompanying silent auctions will directly support the foundation’s ongoing mission to prevent premature deaths through genetic research and awareness initiatives.
