Promevo Launches Unified Platform to Manage Gemini Enterprise and AI Agents

The platform provides real-time observability across an organization's Gemini and cloud infrastructure. By mapping custom AI agents to their specific data access permissions and underlying resource consumption, the software allows security teams to enforce the principle of least privilege. It also identifies idle licenses to help finance departments reclaim software investment costs.

Unlike native Google consoles that restrict data to 28-day lookback windows, this tool offers extended historical retention for trend analysis and forensics. Promevo CEO Karthik Kripapuri noted that as enterprises scale to thousands of agents, visibility into user behavior and cost attribution becomes a primary operational challenge. The system processes these metrics without accessing or storing the content of individual prompts or responses, maintaining strict data privacy protocols.

Beyond AI-specific features, the platform maintains a living map of the broader Google Cloud footprint, including project-level budget tracking and cross-project IAM visibility to flag risky role assignments. The service is available immediately for existing Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise customers, complementing Promevo’s existing suite of adoption programs and development services.
