SAFEbuilt Acquires Northeast Inspection Consultants
Colorado-based community development firm SAFEbuilt has acquired Northeast Inspection Consultants, expanding its municipal services footprint across Pennsylvania. The deal integrates the regional firm’s existing team and local client relationships into SAFEbuilt’s national network, which currently supports over 2,000 customers across 42 states and the District of Columbia.
John Marino, CEO of the acquired firm, stated that the transition allows the team to maintain its established local approach while leveraging SAFEbuilt’s broader resource pool. Joe DeRosa, President and Chief Revenue Officer of SAFEbuilt, noted that the move is designed to deepen the company's regional expertise as it scales support for municipalities facing evolving community development demands.
