The capital injection arrives via a series of private placements involving three-year unsecured convertible debentures issued to Allmine, a subsidiary of TAMKO Building Products. This development follows the formal approval of Northstar's sustained production targets by Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA) in August 2026. Under the agreement, Allmine will subscribe for C$2,138,400 immediately, with the remaining C$237,600 contingent upon the release of final project holdbacks.

Northstar Clean Technologies Secures Final US$1.8 Million Investment Tranche
Northstar Clean Technologies has triggered the final US$1.8 million tranche of a US$10 million strategic investment from Allmine Paving, following the successful achievement of a production milestone at its Calgary facility. The funding, supported by a C$440,000 grant from Emissions Reduction Alberta, bolsters the company’s push toward sustainable asphalt shingle recycling.

To improve its financial standing, Northstar is also extending the maturity dates for C$2.28 million in existing convertible debentures by one year. By pushing these obligations into 2027 and 2028, the company gains operational runway as it scales its Empower Calgary facility. CEO Aidan Mills noted that these debt adjustments, combined with the finalized strategic investment, provide the necessary flexibility to advance development plans and explore future expansion into the U.S. market. During the third quarter, the company also utilized its at-the-market equity program to generate modest liquidity, issuing 65,500 shares to support general corporate activities.
