The offering represents a notable reduction in Oaktree’s footprint within the Hellerup-based shipping firm. Prior to this sale, the selling shareholder held approximately 6% of TORM’s Class A common shares. Under the terms of the transaction, TORM plc will not issue new shares nor receive any financial proceeds from the divestment, as the capital is directed entirely to the selling entity.
