The company’s shift toward a model it calls "hypercare" prioritizes personalized support over traditional supplier interactions. By deploying 34 team members across seven specialized units, Classic Vacations aims to move beyond simple bookings to assist travel agencies in identifying growth opportunities and developing long-term business strategies.

Regional operations are now anchored by Sue Ferguson in the West, Julia Jakkaraju in the Central region, and Dimitri Andre in the East. These teams are supported by targeted leadership in groups, host agency partnerships, and new business development. Chief Commercial Officer Vijayeta James noted that as the advisor landscape increases in sophistication, the firm must evolve its internal structure to provide the product insights and operational tools necessary for partners to scale their own businesses effectively.
