A ceremonial shovel struck the dirt in Loveland on September 30, signaling the start of construction for Hensel Phelps' new 143,000-square-foot corporate headquarters. The four-story facility, situated at the intersection of I-25 and U.S. Highway 34, represents a strategic move to consolidate operations ahead of the company's 90th anniversary.

Brad Jeanneret, president and CEO of Hensel Phelps, noted that the facility aims to foster collaboration and innovation as the firm prepares for its 2027 milestone. The construction project is ambitious in its sustainability targets, with the company pursuing both LEED v5 Gold and WELL Platinum certifications. Jonas Philipsen, design director at Gensler’s Denver office, stated that the design reflects the contractor’s legacy while emphasizing a forward-looking approach to workplace performance.
