Malaysian digital payment provider Bradbury Capital Holdings has finalized its business combination with Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corporation, marking its entry into U.S. public markets. Starting October 7, 2026, the combined entity will trade on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbols BBCI and BBCI W.

Alongside the business combination, the company secured $5 million in funding through a PIPE investment involving the purchase of 625,000 ordinary shares. Tek Che Ng, CEO of TETE, noted that the partnership leverages Bradbury’s established position in the digital payment ecosystem to pursue aggressive growth. The company’s current reach includes a collaboration with MYISCO, granting access to an ANGKASA network of approximately 8 million members in Malaysia.
