Norfolk-based XKIG has acquired ClearPath Solutions Group, integrating the consulting firm into its Canopy Infrastructure Solutions division. This move combines XKIG’s power and gas utility expertise with ClearPath’s specialized background in emergency management, disaster recovery, and government relations to support infrastructure throughout its entire operational lifecycle.

XKIG CEO Randolph Hoover noted that the merger strengthens the company’s ability to assist customers before, during, and after major events.
