McLean & Company Announces Inaugural HR Excellence Award Winners
Nine organizations have been honored in the debut of McLean & Company’s HR Excellence Awards, a program recognizing firms that integrate diagnostic data into their human resources strategy. Selected from 45 finalists, the winners demonstrated superior performance in employee listening, organizational alignment, and management governance during the 2026 cycle.
The honorees span three distinct categories across small, medium, and large enterprise segments. In the Employee Listening category, WESTconsin Credit Union, Riddell Inc., and Gildan Activewear, Inc. took top honors. The HR Organizational Alignment awards were presented to Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency, Bryant University, and DexKo Global. Finally, Collège Boréal, MTN Ghana, and VINCI Construction USA were recognized for excellence in HR Management & Governance.
