Opifex-Synergy Expands Western Footprint with ECCO Equipment Buyout

The expansion pushes Opifex-Synergy into nine of the 11 largest equipment rental markets in the United States, nearly doubling the firm's total addressable market in a single transaction. Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised the buyer throughout the proceedings. The legal team was led by Global Corporate Practice Co-Chair Bruce I. March and Miami Corporate Shareholder Travis M. Walker, with additional support from Fort Lauderdale-based associates Paige Benezette, Marc D. Brown, and Paul DeCoste. This strategic consolidation marks a significant shift for the company, which previously lacked a physical footprint in the Western region.
