Command Control Communications Engineering & Logistics (C3EL) capped the 2026 fiscal year by securing a series of high-stakes prime contracts across the federal sector. The company’s recent momentum centers on a diversified portfolio, ranging from critical national security support to civilian infrastructure modernization. In March, C3EL began managing cybersecurity services for the Air Force 55th Strategic Communications Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, providing risk management and authorization support for the Defense Red Switch Network. This work serves as a cornerstone for its mission-critical systems integration efforts.

September proved particularly productive, yielding three significant prime awards. The U.S. Coast Guard tapped the firm for an $8.39 million, five-year agreement to overhaul enterprise video conferencing capabilities. Simultaneously, C3EL secured a $2.29 million contract to modernize audio-visual infrastructure at the FCC’s Washington, D.C. headquarters, alongside a $1.4 million modernization project for the Department of the Interior’s Udall Building. These deals are bolstered by the company’s new status as a prime awardee on the Missile Defense Agency’s SHIELD IDIQ and NASA’s SEWP VI procurement vehicles.

Beyond contract acquisition, C3EL solidified its regulatory standing by achieving CMMC Level 2 certification. This milestone, reached through a successful C3PAO assessment, enables the firm to handle sensitive government data with higher compliance standards. According to Miguel Gorordo, Vice President of Growth, these gains provide a strategic springboard for FY27 as the company shifts focus toward executing these programs while scaling its technical capabilities across both defense and civilian agencies.
