CEO Damola Adamolekun emphasized that both leaders bring specific experience to the brand's ongoing turnaround. Pitts, who served as interim marketing chief since January 2026, previously managed agency partnerships for the chain. His track record includes roles at brands such as Wingstop and Dairy Queen, and he is credited with the recent launch of the Red Lobster Nation loyalty program. As CMO, he will focus on refining the company's digital marketing reach and deepening consumer loyalty across all sales channels.

Tryzbiak, meanwhile, is tasked with a comprehensive technology transformation. His mandate includes modernizing data systems, restaurant infrastructure, and integrating artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency. His background spans nearly two decades in the industry with stints at Brinker International and Bloomin' Brands. These appointments follow the earlier hiring of Brad Hill as CFO and Kristen Briede as Chief Global Development Officer, completing a broader overhaul of the company's senior leadership team.
