HawkEye 360 Taps Veteran John Monahan to Lead U.S. Government Division
John Monahan, a defense industry veteran with over three decades of experience, has been named Senior Vice President of U.S. Government at HawkEye 360. He will oversee the company's signals intelligence strategy, focusing on expanding the firm's footprint within the military and intelligence community through advanced space-based RF analytics.

Monahan brings a extensive background in national security, having previously served as Vice President of Space Protection Programs at Lockheed Martin. His career includes senior executive roles at Kratos and RT Logic, preceded by a 20-year tenure in the U.S. Air Force. His military service focused on GPS, satellite communications, and space systems, providing him with a technical foundation in the same domains he will now manage. Monahan holds an electrical engineering degree from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, credentials the company expects will bridge the gap between complex signal processing and operational government requirements.
