The partnership leverages Hexaware’s existing workforce of 1,100 Claude-certified professionals to deploy AI-native solutions at scale. By integrating the Claude model family into the Zerovity engineering suite and the AgentVerse framework—which currently hosts over 600 pre-built agents—Hexaware aims to address technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and process inefficiencies for its global client base. This collaboration builds upon their prior relationship, which included the authorization to resell Claude via Amazon Bedrock.

Hexaware Integrates Anthropic’s Claude into Enterprise AI Platforms
Hexaware Technologies has secured a multi-year status as a Preferred Partner within Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, a move designed to shift enterprise AI adoption from experimental projects toward measurable business outcomes. The deal embeds Claude directly into Hexaware’s Zerovity and AgentVerse platforms to streamline IT operations and software engineering.

Siddharth Dhar, President and Global Head of AI at Hexaware, stated that clients are moving away from purchasing raw AI effort in favor of tangible results. The company offers two engagement models: a business-outcome path focused on resolving specific bottlenecks like support tickets or licensing costs, and a tool-centric path that connects development environments directly to Zerovity’s token-optimized delivery agents. Chris Ciauri, Managing Director of International at Anthropic, noted that Hexaware’s engineering talent provides the necessary infrastructure to transition Claude from a research model into a production-grade utility for regulated and mission-critical environments.
