Kinetico Acquires Cielter and Enki Water to Scale European Operations
Ohio-based water treatment leader Kinetico Incorporated has finalized the acquisition of two established European firms, France’s Cielter and Italy’s Enki Water. The move integrates over 50 years of regional technical expertise into Kinetico’s global service infrastructure, aiming to deepen the company’s reach across residential and industrial sectors in both nations.

In Italy, Kinetico has absorbed its long-term partner Enki Water, based in Bergamo. Since 2012, founder Enrico Zanchi has built a nationwide B2B network of wholesalers and technical service centers. By bringing Enki Water into the fold, Kinetico gains an established supply chain for its softening and ionization systems. Zanchi will continue to manage the Italian operations as the company gradually aligns its internal processes with Kinetico’s global standards.
