LevEllis Strengthens Executive Team to Scale Regenerative Skin Platform

Asheville-based biotechnology firm LevEllis, Inc. has expanded its executive leadership team, appointing Renee Romero Pedroza as Chief Marketing Officer and Wendy Patrick as Vice President of Sales. The moves aim to accelerate the commercial growth of the company’s PROVOQUE facial serum and advance its broader regenerative skin longevity platform.

Pedroza joins the company following a 14-year tenure at ZO Skin Health, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Her mandate includes overseeing U.S. and international commercial strategy, e-commerce, and provider advocacy. Patrick, a veteran with over two decades in medical aesthetics, arrives from ALASTIN Skincare. In her new role, she will manage national sales strategy and field execution, focusing on the education-driven approach required to bring the company’s secretome-based technology to professional channels.

Founder and CEO Dr. Laura Ellis describes the company’s trajectory as a shift toward treating skin as a coordinated biological system rather than a collection of isolated signals. The firm’s core technology, PROVOQUE, utilizes a secretome derived from skin progenitor cells. This expansion of the management team is intended to align the company's organizational infrastructure with its scientific ambitions, supported by a multidisciplinary advisory board that includes experts in stem-cell biology and regenerative medicine like Hans S. Keirstead and Dr. Julie Ann Woodward.
