NH Healthy Families Retains 4-Star NCQA Medicaid Rating

The NCQA evaluation methodology benchmarks health plans on their ability to deliver high-quality services, patient outcomes, and continuous operational improvement. By maintaining this score, the organization demonstrates consistent quality standards across its state-wide network.

Gerri Vaughan, President and CEO of NH Healthy Families, attributed the achievement to a culture that prioritizes outcome-driven care and strong collaboration with local providers and community partners. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Thomas Byrne noted that the organization leverages performance data to refine member experiences and health outcomes, ensuring that internal teams and external stakeholders remain aligned in their delivery of care.
