Klipboard Expands North American Reach with Linxup Acquisition

Klipboard has acquired Linxup, a Missouri-based fleet management platform, to bolster its field service management capabilities across North America. The deal integrates Linxup’s 240,000 connected devices and its suite of AI-enabled tracking tools into Klipboard’s global software portfolio, signaling a major push to capture deeper market share in the United States.

Founded in 2004, Linxup specializes in cloud-based solutions for vehicle tracking, dashcams, and equipment monitoring. The company currently serves approximately 25,000 customers in sectors ranging from construction and logistics to HVAC and plumbing. By folding these operations into its existing infrastructure, Klipboard aims to provide a comprehensive management ecosystem that handles both mobile assets and field-based teams under a single digital umbrella.

This move follows Klipboard’s 2025 acquisition of RAM Tracking, further consolidating its influence in the North American fleet management space. Drew Reynolds, CEO of Linxup, noted that joining the global organization provides the resources necessary to accelerate product innovation. Ian Bendelow, CEO of Klipboard, emphasized that the integration aligns with the company’s strategic focus on supporting enterprise and SMB clients with industry-specific workflows. Following the merger, the combined entity now supports over 80,000 customers across 74 countries.
