Work4Flow Unveils 90-Day Migration Path for Salesforce to ServiceNow

Work4Flow Unveils 90-Day Migration Path for Salesforce to ServiceNow

The migration framework focuses on more than just database schema, targeting the years of accumulated Apex triggers, validation rules, and approval flows that define how a company operates. By utilizing an agentic engine, the system interprets the intent behind these existing processes and suggests native ServiceNow equivalents, such as playbooks and routings, rather than relying on manual reconstruction of customizations.

Customers can choose between three tiers of service, ranging from the CRM Base package for core data to the Pro Plus option, which encompasses a full Lead-to-Cash transformation including Configure Price Quote (CPQ) capabilities. The engagement follows a phased approach—covering discovery, process mapping, and wave-based migration—concluding with 20 days of post-launch support to ensure stability.

Sanjay Gupta, founder and CEO of Work4Flow, stated that the program aims to preserve critical business context while accelerating the transition to the ServiceNow AI platform. By validating data integrity in real-time throughout the process, the firm seeks to reduce the period of parallel system operation and minimize disruption to daily sales and order management activities.
