Southlight Services Joins Google Voice Carrier Link Program
Aurora-based Southlight Services has secured a strategic partnership with Google to serve as one of the first North American providers focused on SMBs for the Google Voice Carrier Link program. This collaboration allows businesses to integrate existing telecom infrastructure directly with Google’s global communications suite across the United States and Canada.

CEO Tina Telson noted that the partnership combines Google’s technology with the specialized support and lifecycle management required by smaller organizations. Beyond licensing, Southlight will offer migration, implementation, and ongoing technical maintenance. The initiative also ties into the company’s broader DIGI-Command platform, which handles cloud service provisioning and digital transformation tasks. For channel partners, the deal opens new avenues to distribute Google’s productivity tools backed by Southlight’s deep expertise in SIP connectivity and call routing.
