Fresh Tri Launches Neuroscience-Backed Platform for Concierge Clinicians

Physicians often struggle to influence patient outcomes during the long gaps between office visits, but a new platform aims to bridge that divide. Fresh Tri Pro, a habit-science tool debuting at the 2026 Concierge Medicine Forum, allows clinicians to deploy evidence-based behavior change protocols without increasing their personal workload.

Fresh Tri Launches Neuroscience-Backed Platform for Concierge Clinicians

The platform, led by physician-scientist Dr. Kyra Bobinet, centers on the habenula, a brain region responsible for mood and motivation. By moving away from rigid goal-setting toward what Dr. Bobinet terms the "iterative mindset," the system seeks to improve patient retention and health habits. Trials indicate a 73% patient retention rate at 12 months, significantly higher than the 26% average seen in standard National Diabetes Prevention Programs.

Dr. Bobinet will headline the Concierge Medicine Forum in Atlanta on October 16, where she plans to detail how understanding brain science shifts the effectiveness of clinical practice. The software is designed to support a wide range of care plans, including metabolic health, cardiometabolic risk management, and post-procedure recovery. It also functions as a companion or alternative to GLP-1 medications, providing a scalable way for physicians to monitor and influence patient behavior outside the clinic walls.
