The five-year notes, maturing October 8, 2031, carry a 6.711% interest rate, while the 2036 notes are priced at 7.491%. Both issuances received investment-grade ratings, securing a BBB from S&P Global Ratings and a BBB+ from Fitch Ratings. The company intends to list the securities on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Management plans to deploy the proceeds to retire two significant bridge facilities. The first, a 6.39 billion peso credit line, was utilized for the acquisition of ASUR US Commercial Airports, LLC. The second, a $1.299 billion facility, financed the purchase of Companhia de Participações em Concessões. Any remaining capital is earmarked for general corporate liquidity and the refinancing of existing financial obligations. The offering was conducted under Rule 144A and Regulation S, strictly excluding public distribution within Mexico without prior authorization from the National Banking and Securities Commission.
