Powered by Indonesia’s sovereign fund, Danantara Indonesia, and produced by Richard Attias & Associates, the forum departs from traditional conference formats by focusing strictly on transaction readiness and capital deployment. Organizers have set a target of US$30 billion in investment, aiming to capture a larger share of global funds for an Asia-Pacific region that currently drives 60% of global economic growth but remains under-capitalized by international standards.

Bali Hosts New Asia Forum Aiming for $30 Billion in Regional Investment
With the global economic center of gravity shifting toward the Pacific, a new investment platform is launching in Bali this December. Under the patronage of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, the inaugural New Asia Forum seeks to bridge the gap between long-term capital and the region's rapidly maturing economic projects.

The gathering will host over 1,000 leaders and 100 speakers, facilitating deal-making across eight core sectors, including digital infrastructure, AI, energy, and strategic resources. Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Investment and CEO of Danantara Indonesia, framed the initiative as a move to unlock value through collaboration, positioning Indonesia as a proactive architect of its financial future. Richard Attias emphasized that the region is transitioning from a passive destination for foreign money to an active driver of global capital cycles, marking a significant shift in the international economic landscape.
