CVS Bay Area Inc. reversed its financial trajectory during the first half of the fiscal year ending August 31, posting a net profit of 62 million yen. This recovery marks a significant departure from the 66 million yen loss recorded during the same period in 2025, according to Japanese accounting standards.

The company’s revenue climbed to 4.02 billion yen from 3.97 billion yen a year earlier, reflecting a steady uptick in business activity. Enhanced operational efficiency also bolstered the bottom line, with operating profit rising to 77 million yen compared to 22 million yen in the previous year. Pretax profit followed this upward trend, reaching 81 million yen against 46 million yen in 2025. Per-share earnings shifted to 12.63 yen, contrasting with the previous year's loss of 13.42 yen per share.
