The acquisition, which closed October 8, 2026, adds to the company’s expanding Canadian portfolio and marks its 93rd location in the province as it continues to execute its discount club retail strategy.
Raj Grover, founder and CEO of High Tide, noted that the company secured the asset at a valuation of 2.1 times its annualized Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $316,000.
